If you're a general contractor in DFW or Houston who needs a reliable drywall sub — one who returns calls, hits milestones, and doesn't create problems on your job site — we should talk.
GCs have a short list of subs they actually trust. Getting on that list means showing up when scheduled, hitting your milestones, communicating problems early, handling your own permit scope, and producing work that doesn't come back as punch list items. That's what we do. We work to be the drywall sub you don't have to babysit.
We operate in both the Dallas-Fort Worth and Greater Houston markets, which matters for GCs managing projects across both metros or for property managers and developers with portfolio work spread across Texas. You work with the same contact person, the same billing process, and the same standards across both markets.
We turn written bids around within 1 business day of receiving your scope. If you need a phone number in a bid package by tomorrow morning, call us today.
Certificate of Insurance on file and available same-day on request. Named additional insured available for your projects.
We handle our own permit applications and inspection scheduling — you don't have to manage the drywall permit separately.
Lien waivers, change order requests, and progress billing formatted for your project documentation requirements.
We work with general contractors on residential remodels, custom home construction, multi-family residential, and light commercial projects. We also work directly with property managers who manage a portfolio of units and need a dependable drywall vendor who can handle scheduling across multiple properties simultaneously.
If you're a remodeling contractor who does a lot of kitchen and bath work, we're the sub you call when the demo reveals more drywall damage than expected — and we turn around quickly enough to keep your project on schedule. If you're building custom homes in the DFW suburbs or in The Woodlands, we understand the finish-level expectations of high-end residential and we staff accordingly.
Send us your next scope and we'll have a bid to you within 1 business day. If you want to talk through a project or discuss a preferred vendor arrangement, call us directly.
DFW and Houston — same team, same standards, same contact across both markets.
Within 1 business day of receiving the scope. For most residential remodel and new construction scopes, we can turn a written bid around same day if we receive the plans or scope description in the morning. For larger or more complex commercial scopes, let us know the deadline and we'll tell you upfront whether we can hit it.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on same-day request. If your contract requires you to be named as an additional insured, we can accommodate that. Send your insurance requirements when you reach out and we'll make sure the documentation is in order before we start.
Yes. For drywall scopes that require their own permit, we manage the application, inspection scheduling, and sign-off. For projects where drywall is under the GC's permit package, we coordinate the drywall inspection timing with your overall inspection schedule. Either way, the permit process doesn't land on you.
Yes. We work with property managers and developers on multi-unit residential projects in both DFW and Houston. We schedule crews across multiple addresses, track progress by unit, and provide consolidated billing. For property managers with ongoing drywall needs across a portfolio, we offer preferred vendor arrangements with priority scheduling.
We work to whatever finish level your spec requires. The default for most residential work is Level 4, which is appropriate for paint in standard lighting. High-end residential and commercial spaces often require Level 5 — a skim coat over the entire surface for perfect uniformity under raking light. We'll confirm the specified finish level before we start and charge accordingly. If the spec doesn't state a finish level, we'll flag it before bidding.
